
Ghosting Candidates After Interviews

Dear recruiters & hiring managers,
This is the most disrespectful thing you are doing
Interviewed a candidate and then went radio silent
I mean, absolutely no response despite multiple follow-ups
Nothing. Even after the successful candidate started working
Is that how you'd like to be treated when looking for jobs?
If it is a no, say so. It takes one minute to write the email
Even a generic rejection is better than ghosting
Come on people. Have some human decency
